Wood Action Days in Schleswig-Holstein
The event, held up at the adventure forest Trappenkamp on 5th - 6th of May 2012, will inform you about the multiple aspects of wood utilization and forest based industries. Under the motto 'Brief insights into wood science - with microscope and laptop' the vTI institute for wood technology and wood biology will give you interesting facts about all kinds of wood. The experts will show you how wood can be identified by macroscopic and microscopic means and its relevance for species protection. You will find the adventure forest Trappenkamp nearby Daldorf. (highway A 21, exit Daldorf/Rickling).
Holzbiologisches Kolloquium
„Einfluss von erhöhtem atmosphärischen CO2 auf das Wachstum von Buche und Pappel", so lautet das Thema über das Frau Neda Lotfiomran, Doktorandin am Zentrum Holzwirtschaft berichten wird.
Der Vortrag beginnt um 16.15 Uhr im Hörsaal I der Holzbiologie.
